재영과협 운영위는 회장, 학술부회장, 재무부회장, 감사, 총무간사 (사무장), 재무이사, 학술이사 그리고 각 전문분과장으로 구성되어 있습니다. 또, 이와 별도로 과협 활동에 대한 전반적인 자문 협의를 위해 영국내의 산업체, 학계, 연구소 등 각 분야에서 활동하고 있는 중진 인사들로 구성된 자문위원단을 두고 있습니다.
