These prestigious awards recognise exceptional contributions to science and technology by Future Leaders (FLs). The Awards recognise three distinct categories of members who have established a distinguished record of work experience, research, scholarship, or creative activities throughout their careers. These awards recognise the outstanding contribution of ECRs and postgraduates who have contributed to the advancement of Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM).
